1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Host accounts (Google sign-in): name, email address, profile picture, account identifier, sign-in times, plan, and the date you accepted our Terms.

Meetings: meeting names, room codes, display names you enter as host or presenter, presenter invite names and email addresses entered by hosts, one-time code status, and participation and presence records.

Content: files and links you upload or share (PDFs, images, video, audio, slide decks, YouTube links), file names, sizes, types, and viewing state such as page and scroll position. Live screen shares are streamed in real time and not recorded.

Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and timestamps, plus items stored in your browser (cookies and local storage) for sign-in, your display name, meeting session tokens, and preferences.

3. How we use data

To run meetings, sync documents between host, presenters, and audience, authenticate hosts, keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, measure aggregate usage (we review counts and sizes only, never meeting content), and comply with law.

4. Who we share it with

Hosting, database, storage, and email providers that run the Service for us; our real-time video provider for live screen sharing; Google for sign-in; and analytics providers. They process data only on our behalf. We may disclose data when required by law. The Service does not take payments and does not use AI providers.

5. Retention and security

Anonymous meetings and their files are deleted when the host ends the meeting or 12 hours after creation. Persistent rooms and files are kept until the host deletes them or closes their account. Files are private and reachable only through short-lived links issued to verified meeting members. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and limited staff access, but no system is perfectly secure.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing, by emailing legal@develofi.com. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request.

7. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request to know, delete, and correct personal information, and may not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information. Requests: legal@develofi.com.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Data breach notice

If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (Fla. Stat. § 501.171) and other applicable law.

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and keep meetings working. With your permission we may use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can accept or decline analytics in the banner shown on your first visit, and clear your choice by clearing site data in your browser.
