What a valid notice must include
(1) Your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it, such as the meeting code; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send our agent a counter-notice with: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., any district where we may be found) and to accept service from the complainant. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that it has filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts and access of users who are repeat infringers.
